Payment
Payment terms will be communicated in connection with the applicable assignment or invoice.

Failure to pay amounts properly due may result in suspension of additional services or collection activity as permitted by law.

Cancellations
Clients should notify ServeBeacon as soon as possible if an assignment needs to be canceled.

Fees may still be due for work already performed, attempts already made, travel already incurred, printing or preparation already completed, third-party costs already incurred, or other services already provided before cancellation.

Any refund, credit, or cancellation adjustment will depend on the circumstances of the assignment and work already completed.

Communications
By providing an email address or telephone number in connection with an inquiry or assignment, you authorize ServeBeacon to contact you regarding that inquiry or assignment.

Service-related communications may include status updates, questions, quotes, invoices, document requests, and completion information.

Service descriptions, coverage areas, availability, and business practices may change.

Third-Party Services and Links
ServeBeacon may rely on third-party technology, communication, mapping, payment, document-storage, or other service providers.

We are not responsible for the independent availability, security, content, or policies of third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ServeBeacon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or circumstances outside ServeBeacon’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, a client agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses arising from materially false, unlawful, or unauthorized instructions or information supplied by that client in connection with an assignment.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply.
